Elliot has wrapped up his 14 year career as a Major in the British Army to be the driving force behind the operations at Parlour. With much of his time spent managing and leading with confidence, he brings a perfect blend of precision logistics and expert communication. Plus, as the regular builder of Kate's many creatively complex visions (both at work, and home!) he can bring any idea to life with the leadership credentials to boot.

Kate has spent nearly a decade building an award-winning wedding planning company, Foil, specialising in marquee weddings. From flower-filled family gardens to rugged farmland, it's not just about building a tent, it's about delivering an experience. She has endless creative enthusiasm, an extraordinary network of talented wedding suppliers and can recite a wedding timeline in her sleep.
